Well all the confusion with the breaking of the tow truck on Friday morning and getting another truck and trailer to pull the truck there paid off. Jamie Miller ran the NO BOUNDARIES like he stole it on the Saturday afternoon show. The drivers were so impressed by his driving for the first time on a small arena floor. Jamie sat with the 4th fastest qualifying time. He was beat out by 1/10th of a second to go into the semi-s. He ended finishing 5th for his first time. He had a smooth and collected run. On Saturday night Colin came out with a 2nd over-all against Rory, who was given a split second over Colin as well. Colin had the fastest time of the entire weekend at a 21.17 second run of the weekend. He broke the yoke and that cost him the win at the end. On Sunday Jamie was to race the truck when he ended with the flu and he handed the ride back over to Colin. Colin again had the fastest qualifying time for Sunday. In the semi's something decided to let loose in the mag. And he ended 3rd over-all. So they came back with a 2nd, 3rd,5th for the weekend and many new collected fans as well. We had a great weekend and it was lots of fun and we were SO impressed with Jamie's driving style for his first time for arena racing. LOOK OUT guys who have raced for years, he made them keep their eyes open and were amazed at his performance. I got some good shots of Colin and Jamie signing autographs. Colin-no suit and Jamie suited it looks neat. I am so proud of my little bro. Have a great day. Terri |
